thrall world/slave world tech missing
currently trying to play as the tholians. and after going over 150 years into the game i found it odd i couldnt get my hands on neural implants or the thrall world tech.

i found in the errorfix file in the mod files a line reading

tech_penal_colonies = { cost = 0 area = engineering category = { industry } tier = 0 icon = "tech_space_construction" potential = { always = no } }
tech_slave_colonies = { cost = 0 area = engineering category = { industry } tier = 0 icon = "tech_space_construction" potential = { always = no } }
tech_resort_colonies = { cost = 0 area = engineering category = { industry } tier = 0 icon = "tech_space_construction" potential = { always = no } }

im unsure if this is disabling the tech outright. but it kinda makes the tholians unplayable. theyre forced into being slavers by default and this was one of the only real ways to actually get decent resources from conquering to counter their extreme demand for Y class planets and excessive terraforming efforts to make more. but without thrall worlds to manage crime and slaves this is nearly impossible.

is this intentional or is there a bug present?

awesome, im testing in a new game now after confirming the tech exists with a console command to make sure it actually appears in game

edit: first test, it can be unlocked and used with the console.

second edit: tech is fully unlocked and working properly with the correct tech tier
