Multiple primitives in a system?
I brought one up and they became my vassal, but then you lose ownership of second observation post.
They're currently early space age, will they ever advance on their own?
If so, what will happen to them?

Yeah, I think this is something from vanilla too. I just wish we had better split system ownership still.
