Something seems wrong with Partial Sloped Armor Design Research Time
Germany in March 1939. For sloped armor it says for 50 exp you get a 40% discount in research time. In March 1939 the base is 282 days, with 40% discount it reduced to 246 days? So that is 36 days less or about 13%, not even close to the 40%.
