I believe Civilian Fuel is bugged
1) I thought it used to go away during good weather (Spring/Summer). I get the window that the Winter Heating is over, but the Civilian is the same High drain of Fuel (>1.2K daily as of 1938) all year. It never stops.
2) it keep increasing. I was not aware this level increased constantly. Is that new? And what is the factor that makes it increase?
3) Woodfire Engines is NOT reducing the Civilian Fuel amount. It is charging me the extra 2% for buidlng Civ factories, but it is NOT reducing the Fuel (which now occurs all year).

Its a constant drain yes. Winter Heating only increases it slightly.

It keeps increasing as you build more civilian factories. If you click on a state you can see how much Fuel it needs.

Woodfire engines work, it can be that it takes up to a week to work.

Ahhh, the civilian factories. I cannot see the amount of Fuel each burns, but I have a state with one factory that say "11.9." Kind of an odd number, so I assume it was 12 and the Woodfire Engines takes it down (10%) to 11.9 (12-10%=11.8)? Sorry for the bug thing..., I did not know it kept increasing and with the delay.., hard to track. Thanks again and happy holidays to you. PS - I wonder if the WoodFire Engine is worth the 2% increased CIvilian Factory cost? .., probably not.., oh well, I had to try it.
