Help request: rebalancing
I have reached the point where I need some serious help to improve the quality of this mod. I realize that the current balancing of the arcologies is WAY overpowered. And I was hesitant to nerf them too hard too quickly.

My talent is in creating the sprites and manifesting changes into the game. But I'm terrible at balancing the numbers.

And this is where I need help. I ask any of you reading this who enjoy the mod to offer you own suggestions toward rebalancing.

The most important purpose of the buildings should be reducing pop housing requirements by a significant percentage. I'm open to reducing (or even completely removing) the +housing bonuses. And maybe, since these buildings are essentially megastructures built on top of other megastructures, they should have alloy building costs and upkeep?

Let's try to come up with a better balance together. I'd be very grateful for your input!
