The problem I have with Communist Longsword
Said problem is that whether Longsword beats out Hellquill, which is common in my games, it forms the Hellsword ASR which means I never get to see my communist waifu, Starry Night.

Personally, I think you can form the Hellsword ASR IF you control any other state... like the Reichspakt countries.
