A few friends and I were playing as Stalliongrad, Crystal Empire/Republic, and Nova Griffonia.

When I (playing as Stalliongrad) chose the focus of "union with Crystal Republic" and my friend (playing as Crystal Republic in the Civil War), they chose to be a puppet and the war white peaced for literally no reason and we couldn't the civil war.

Idk if this is a bug with the multiplayer or the EaW code itsefl or what, but it definitely screwed up our run.
