How do I get the Company Takes Control as the Free Towns of Gryphus?

I don't know how many times I've tried to get this outcome. Every time I play as the Free Towns of Gryphus I get either "The Council Remains in Power" or "The Order of Opinicus Resurgent". I never seem to get the corporate path with is starting to annoy me. Anyone know how to get this specific outcome?

yes if you anger company by chosing right decisions in event and favour order, company will try to coup govermant, choose to let them take power
