I have conquered most of the Equus, and now I just need to finish off Crystal Ponies Republic. They wouldn't accept a union with me, but would join my faction and help me in the war against the Solar Empire. Later they asked ME for a union, and the only way I can create the full union is if I kick them from my faction and declare war. Is this intended?
