May there be more story or more focus tree for "County of Longsword" - path of the Rosewood Order ?

[Bug][Longsword] Issue with the Rosewood Order (military tree) modifier - negative growth of civilians.

It modify the "recruitable population factor" by the negative, up to -40%.
The thing is it seems to apply to the growth of civilian, as I recruit up to 13k of recruits, and got a -5,5k civilian per month.

It may help for war, however it may become problematic in some decades/centuries.
