The Wingbardian Red Guard cannot be disbanded or modified?
The communist path of Wingbardy leads to a civil war that spawns you 14 divisions of Red Guards, simple 3 infantry battalion divisions. They cannot be edited, disbanded or changed into another division template. Is this intentional? Am I missing some later focus or decision that allows their removal?
