Can't start up a game
I'm having an issue playing EAW as when I go to select a nation and press start game, it starts loading up to the graphics where it crashes. As far as I know it is EAW as I successfully started up a game of Kaiserreich. Any help appreciated!!!

Note that I have the game version on 1.9.1 and there are no other mods active, also what is all this crap about the NCR

There was an April Fools update from April 1 to April 3 that had humans, NCR included, in it. You can actually still have the NCR in your game through custom game rules at the start.
