So, the Black Crusade doesn't start even after 1022 passes. It keeps on doing a continuous focus without starting the Finus Omnium Vitarum focus, and it's now the year 1024.

With a bit of savegame editing, I set the game rules of the Northern War to Early Crusade, and lo and behold, they instantly started the focus. Got that nice "Wargoals being justified against us or our allies" notification.

So, it this a bug or is it intentional? Do I need to wait some more?

As it is, the AI will never do the focus if Historical AI Focuses is on and the Northern War settings are on default.

I mean, it's in the code so it probably is, but I have to ask the devs: Is this intentional? The Black Crusade not starting in Historical?
