After finishing the war against the changelings, allways got my ponypower reduced permanently to zero.

playing as facist, before the end of the war, i was over 2M of ponypower, at the end, it drops instantly to zero, never comming back..



and another bug, when some infantry weapon research finish, it also pop up another message saying the "magical weapons bypass"
