294100 is Rimworld
1814988282 is Vanilla Armour Expanded
1.3 is specifically Rimworld 1.3. If you use 1.2, go to the 1.2 folder instead.
In this folder you will see Armor_Spacer.XML
You could edit it, delete it, or the easiest and safest method would be to rename it so it's no longer read into the game. This requires you to rename the file extension,
ie: Armor_Spacer.XML.txt
Spacer armour defs will vanish, it will no longer exist in the game. You can undo this by reversing the filename change. As far as a simple solution goes, this would work. It may throw an error the very next time you open the game. Others may criticise this and present a better method to you
