Can't seem to launch the mod

I have the Empire At War gold pack, and i added the mod ID to the launch options, but it doesn't seem to be taking effect when i launch the game. Am i missing something?

oh, do you have to launch it with force of corruption? I always just play the base version. I'll give that a go.
