Vader not a ground unit ?

I used to be able to land vader to fight with his boys on land in the game previously is there no way to have him fight on the ground battle at all? if i can please help me do so, i upgraded him to his ship so i assumed he could then land if he wanted to.

Land was wasnt in this mod at all for several years and then when it came back for 4.0 there was no land heroes. A few are coming in with 5.0 in the future.
