How to remove Imperial Defectors
Sorry if its been asked before, but its getting super tiring fighting ISDs all the time.

To remove any faction, you have to capture all of their Systems.

Usually a good early strategy is to conquer a planetary system, that allows construction of imperial starships and then build as much victory class ships as you can afford. they are quite powerfull tech I vessels.
