The Kami-Scatter
STATS?
Here are mine (if you think theyre good, leave a +)

Kami-Scatter
Level 1-100 Scattergun

+5 Damage
+15 More pellets per shot
+10 Damage resistant towards Sentries

-75 bullet capacity (Only has 2 shots)
- 25 reloading speed
- Only gives half of what you normally get in ammo/medical boxes (Ex. If a ammo box normally gives 12 bullets; with this gun equipped, itll going give you 6 bullets. Or if a medical pill box normally gives 52 health, itll only give you 26 health.)


Are these good?

Man, I thenk this as a fast and chancy weapon, I prefer the stats I did.
anyway I can't control the valve final stats and I guess this discussion had to exist. Let's see what people says... (No hard feelings at all)

I dont think it should have only 2 bullets because look at the underbarrel it looks like it would hold alot more then 2 bullets. I think it should be
-20% increased dmg
-10 - 20% slower firing speed (Somewhere around there)
-Fires only 5 pellets

More damage, less ammo. How about less kickback due to explosions?

25% more damage
-50% total ammo (so if you have 8/40 bullets, you only get 8/20)
-25% explosion kickback
or bullet kickback? So you have a better chance dodging sentries I guess.

The bolt on the top of the gun looks like it would make it bolt action but the under barrel is too large to house only two shots in one clip so I'm thinking:

+50% clip size(so nine shots in a clip)
-20% damage(so it has a little less output damage than the default)
faster relaod speed
Can only recieve ammo from ammo packs.

The idea here is that with this weapon you can stay in the game longer but you're not outputting as much damage making it a more defensive weapon. This should be a gun that makes scouts not so over extensive about killing people.

Here are my Ideas.

+100% Damage
+100% Firing rate
+15% Movement increase
+25% Knockback
+Mini-Crits on Stunned targets

- Cannot fire unless clip is full
- Cannot reload unless clip is empty
- Uses 3 ammo per shot
- 30% Reload Speed
- When stunned: Player is marked for death

And additions:
+ On hit: Target moving speed -10%
Every kill you get removes 20% of your Projectile regeneration (1 kill = 20% of Projectile cooldown filled)

-Movement decrease by 50% When using Bonk! Atomic Punch
-When stunned: Cannot move (Always stunned as if you were hit by a baseball across the map)

Oh, and by the way...

-When scared: Player is made 'it' and HHH will imediately spawn.

make it along the lines of does more damage but capps points slower (like any other class) and remove the ability to doube jump.
