While the scattergun has 6 loaded cartridges and 32 reload cartridges, the Kami-Scatter allows no reload cartridges nor being reloaded by a dispenser and, in change, it shoots 10 cartridges twice faster than the original.
This "features" can look suicidal but if you exploit it's velocity and avoid wasting shoots you'll kill your enemies fast. And by getting their recently dropped weapons, you'll have yours reloaded without any delay and you'll be seriously lethal.

------------------------------------OP stats idea:
- no reload ammo
+ 100% firing speed
+ 66,6% loaded cartridges
+ no delay when getting ammo

------------------------------------Logical tips:
- Don't try to set-off anyone at medium-large distances, Use this gun at close range.
- Preferably, kill your enemys one at once.
- Have cold blood, don't waste shoots. Try to shoot your enemy whenever the shoot will hit but don't shoot your 10 cartridges like if you were crazy, you'll notice the cadence difference without doing that.
- If you feel you wont have enought with 10 shoots, equip your handgun.
- Don't forget to get your enemy's guns when they're dead
