Suggestions
Please try to suggest Factions/Characters for me to expand. You can suggest single lines to add to specific characters though these will not always be taken on board.

Why not give Infinite Wingwang some party dialogue since he has none in vanilla? He was interesting recruiting and has a weird name yet no party dialogue.

I'll certainly put him on the list! I've read what little dialogue he has and he could certainly be an interesting character!
UC Heroes Guild seems like a solid opportunity for some light relief - they make me think of Bulk and Skull from Power Rangers, having a hopelessly inaccurately high opinion of themselves, however they can also be super menacing, the way they follow you out of the city away from crime reporting range.

The Heroes Guild is actually a faction I like the story of (I hate their ingame aspirations of course) and I know there's a lot I could add to them. They are certainly within my sights.

Got another suggestion. Seto the unique recruit from the Shek Kingdom. Daughter of Stone Golem leader of the faction. She has no unique dialogue after joining up really sad actually.

Another excellent suggestion. She could certainly do with unique lines being such a major world character.

I will say that I'm trying to work on factions to create a more diverse world first and then I will swap focus to characters. Please note this doesn't mean that nothing will happen, I've already added some unique character dialogue (see burn, beep and sadniel) but the main focus atm is on factions. This is just so you don't think I'm forgetting about your character suggestions, I'm not forgetting I can just only do so much at once!

Having said that please keep the suggestions for characters and other stuff coming! Though it will take time I'll get around to it all, I genuinely enjoy writing this stuff and I'm glad people enjoy seeing it in game.

Hey I just found a new dialogue mod on the nexus. He adds new dialogue for every single unique recruit and some from the recruitable prisoner mods. Do you know if it is compatiable?

Basically my suggestion is keep compatiable if you can please.

I will take a look at what it does and try to make it compatible. The way I work usually ensures compatibility as I put the dialogue in the game in a way that it shouldn't overwrite anything.

I cannot say if that mod does the same for others, it's something me and the DialoguePlus+ modder discovered while working on compatibility.

Just found this in the workshop. Checked the nexus version but it hasn't been updated since Oct. I do prefer nexus over steam but I prefer up to date mod vs older version.
Only suggestion I can offer is to add some immersive dialogue for recruits since most players spend more time with them then any one faction. Currently i'm playing a lone wolf who isn't into base building but I need a couple recruits for research while I kidnap faction leaders... for reasons.

Espher and Sinklyde don't have any unique dialogue, it'd be pretty cool if you could give those guys any.

Per your statement that you don't believe in free recruits coming easy, you should change the "DEx 1.0 spots players" chance to 30 with a repitition limit of 1 week. This stays in line with the vanilla spots town event and the recruit event for the escaped holy nation slave.

Consider changing the frequency of the failed assassination dialogue added by this mod from DR_SHORT_2 to DR_NO_LIMIT. Several vanilla failed assassination dialogues have a limit too, while some don't. This is one of the reasons assassination is so easy to level and is OP. Many npcs ignore subsequent attempts. Seems like an unintended oversight by the devs.
