NOTE: Most parts have 200% efficiency, this is sometimes for cosmetic reasons, IF I DO NOT MENTION THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PART HERE, THEN THAT 200% IS COSMETIC

Kidney
200% efficiency
-10% toxic sensitivity
Lung
200% efficiency
Stomach
200% efficiency
Get hungry 25% slower
Liver
200% efficiency
+50% immunitity gain speed
Get tired 25% slower
Brain
170% efficiency
+20% consciousness
+10% skill xp gain
+10% research speed
-25% mental break threshold (this is a buff not a malus)
Eye
200% efficiency
+2% shooting accuracy
-15% shooting delay
Larnyx(Neck)
-25% shooting delay
+30% social impact
+10% trade price improvement
Ears
200% efficiency (i dont hearing stat actually does anything tho)
+1% melee dodge chance
Carapace(Torso)
+20% sharp armor
+20% heat armor
withstand 35 degrees colder temp
withstand 30 degrees warmer temp
Spine
+20% global work speed
Second Heart
+80% blood pumping (equivalent to 80% of a normal heart)
+10% movespeed
Third Lung
-50% toxic sensitivity
+80% breathing (equal to 160% of a normal lung)
Pinions
+250% movespeed
Combat Glands
Reduce pain by 10%
+6% melee hit chance
+1% melee dodge chance
Nose
+20% plant work speed
+10% animal tame chance
+20% animal train chance
Legs
200% efficiency
+20 carrying capacity (this means the amount that they can haul on map, NOT EQUIP OR BRING ON CARAVAN)
Ribs
+50% sharp armor
+30% blunt armor
+20% heat armor
Tail
+15% manipulation
Adds a long cooldown, moderate damage tail attack
Jaw
Adds a long cooldown, moderate damage bite attack
+70% eating speed
+10% social impact
Spider leg cluster
Adds a low cooldown, low damage stab attack
+4% melee dodge chance

A WORD ABOUT ARMS:
A normal, base HEALTHY primary arm has base 50% manipulation. Thus a replacement arm for a primary arm may have 100% manipulation, but the SAME TYPE OF ARM as a secondary will have 150% manipulation. This is to offset the fact that the secondary arm designation offers no base manipulation. Thus the net effect is for the primary and secondary arms to have the exact same stats. Thus I will only post the primary arm stats here (+50% manipulation to get secondary arm stats)

+50% manipulation (double normal arm)
Arm Sabre
Very strong slash attack
+25% manipulation
Arm Mace
Very strong smash attack (stronger than sabre), longer cooldown than sabre
+25% manipulation
Arm Claw
Stronger and faster scratch attack (compated to standard)
+40% manipulation
Arm Tentacle
Weak attack (dont try it)
+75% manipulation
Arm Shield
Normal unevolved fist attack
+10% blunt armor
+20% sharp armor
+5% heat armor
+25% manipulation
