New Ideas
Post any ideas here for any new organs or implants that you guys have. Keep in mind though, that the more complicated ideas (something that isnt a simple stat improvement) will have to wait until the summer. If I add anything that you recommend, I can credit you in the mod.

Oh yeah, I may not respond to this discussion often, but rest assured that I am reading it.

variable regeneration glands that increase hunger, short term adrenal surge/gland (toggle power like) enhanced attack speeds at the cost of health, ability to suck nutrients/life from something to heal yourself via feeding proboscus and digestive enhancements(short term regeneration), graftable armor enhancements heavy med, light (chitin, rhino, lobster) Multi-legs stop stagger and enhance speed. just a few off the top of my head. edit: these are just ideas, i do not know how hard they may be to implement and have no code experience so all the code monkeys relax

hey just kinda wondering can u make so a colonist that have evolved organs give birth to to a colonist and will have the same evolved organs

Any plans for A Dog Said... / animals/animal mods in general compatibility? I imagine it would be a massive undertaking so I fully understand if there are no plans for now.
Any thoughts about adding a mutant evolved race that will can attack you to harvest your flesh for the flesh god of evolution? Also this reminds me of the necromorphs from deadspace.

You can get inspiration from various RPGs or mods. like this one was with -

Adrenal Reaction
Increased Weapon DMG at low HP & Max HP -50.

Bird Bones
Agility +4, Fall Damage -40%, Strength -4, Limb Damage +20%.

Carnivore (Survival Mode Only)
2x Bonus to Food from eating meat products, Eating fruits and vegetables does not satisfy hunger.

Chameleon
Invisibility while not in power armor and standing still with your weapon drawn.

Eagle Eyes
Critical Damage +25%, Perception +4, Strength -4.

Egg Head
Intelligence +6, Strength -3, Endurance -3.

Electrically Charged
Chance to shock melee attackers, Small amount of damage dealt to player per shock.

Grounded
Energy Resistance +100, Energy Damage -50%.

Healing Factor
Health Regeneration +300%, Chem Effects -55%.

Herbivore (Survival Mode Only)
Vegetables provide 2x benefit, Eating meat doesn't satisfy hunger.

Herd Mentality
All SPECIAL Stats +2 with companion, All SPECIAL Stats -2 without companion.

Marsupial
Carry Weight +20, Increased Jump Height, Intelligence -4.

Scaly Skin
Damage and Energy Resistance +50, Action Points -50.

Speed Demon
Movement Speed +20%, Reload Speed +20%, +25% AP Drain while sprinting.

Talons
Punching attacks do 25% more damage + bleed damage, Agility -4.

Twisted Muscles
Melee Damage +25% and better chance to cripple limbs, Gun Accuracy -50%.

Unstable Isotope
10% chance to release a radiation blast when struck in melee, Minor damage to player during the radiation blast.

Random Serum
Grants a random Mutation that you don't already have.


Yeah i think about balance or it is +100 or it is + 200 and -100

Personally i want to make Kerrigan but with no blades.... killing machine... so yeah if you make some options for consciousness and manipulation it ll be nice... eyes, nose, brain may be

Carnivore and herbivore except the "wrong" food type satisfies you at the cost of food poisoning. Ingredients of the wrong food type need to be manually selected in order to be eaten

fire immunity? also i think a lot can done with the wings, maybe add a transport ability like drop pods butt with flying pawns.

a type of exoskeleton armor for bullet and blunt resistance? Or tails for swimming and grabbing stuff

Holy crap thats a lot of ideas, thank you all! On a short note: I wont be able to work on the cooler ideas until mid-June, when my schedule opens up, but ill make sure to put some of them in.
A evolved arm that allows you to launch some sort of weapon projectile, like a built in plasma gun arm or something like that. maybe even a shoulder mounted weapon of some sorts
and, it might be really hard, but having graphic changes on what sort of implant you use would be really cool,
