Uninstall mods that improve graphics/add visual special effects.
Before assuming some issues are caused by/specific to VRMod, make sure you've tested VRMod without other mods installed, in a 100% vanilla setting. Then you can try turning mods back on 1 by 1, figuring out which combination introduces issues. It is a tiring process, but sadly it is mostly on you to figure out such problems, since we may not use the same mods as you do.
