    • [Defense platforms] Replaced 2 medium utility to 2 large utility

    • [Orbital Ring] costs 2,000 alloys but due to unknown factors it's cost is unchanged by my modification and still costs 50 influence and 1,000 alloys.
    • unknown bug introduced in one of the patches causes starbase modifiers to apply their bonuses to [Defense Platform] entities too. Currently no idea of how to fix it.
