Can you also do the HugsLib Log collection thing for me? It looks like one of my Transpilers is failing, and they are all working for me, so there's probably some weird conflict somewhere?

Okay, I bet it's something mis-configured in another mod. I think I can work around it
The ol' unsubscribe, wait a few, resubscribe will hopefully force Steam to get the new version for you? Let me know :)
In the meantime, you can go into mod settings for Deep Storage, and one of them is "Make all storage Deep Storage." If you turn that off, it should work

This was the only error about 'deep storage' when I had when loading the game.
I have pushed *ANOTHER* version out. (This one says LWM Update: testing for Rebel and 302 version on startup). I have checked just about everything I can for 3023125678 now
