I have found a problem. This is not related to "LWM's Deep Storage".
1. First bug is related to "Combat Extended" + "Simple sidearms" mods. In conjunction they may create a behavior like on the video. Combat Extended provides inventory system and conlonists can keep some items in their inventory.
"Simple sidearms" can memories some weapon as favourite or forced for a pawn. When you change a default gear in "Combat extended" - your pawn tries to put his weapon to storage and instantly picks it up, because it's a favourtite weapon for "Simple sidearms". In order to fix it - just remove any type of "forced" or "favourite" flags in "Simple sidearms" widget of the specific pawn (just right click).

I saw the same problem not only for weapon, but for medcine too. I am not sure on which mod does that (I have a lot), but I guess that it might be "Pickup and Haul" or "Pharmacist" or even "Combats extended". If you use those mods - don't use this widget:

Because default gear in "Combat Extended" can be different. It forces pawn to put medcine into a storage. Than pawn instantly pick's up this medcine again. I guess we need a modmakers effors to fix that.
2. Second bug from my initial post is a bug of "Netrve's DeepStorage GUI" (as I assume). Shelves for apparel have 10 slots by defauls in "LWM's Deep Storage" settings. But "Netrve's DeepStorage GUI" always shows this number doubled. Even if I will change this value to 20 in settings of Deep Storage - GUI will show that 40 slots are available.
Just want to put that here for history.
Lilwhitemouse, thanks one more time for this amazing mod!
