so i did a thing

i keep getting the black screen. hitting F5 sometimes works, sometimes doesn't very inconsistent . so i went into mods and disabled the two local mods, which were the other two factions as i dont play as them. Now i cant even seem to get past the black screen hitting F5. any help would be appreciated.
