Heyooo found one in the Enclave Purist focus tree. Can't demand Vaulkt City Ultimatum even thou security chief wallace is in controle. Yes i have the 200% military power.

Think I found the issue, the focus was only meant to work if Wallace was in charge only, he's also a general. I've removed that, so hopefully it will work.

The event of "the most foul murder" (tlacloc annexation by the ejercito), and subsequent events, plays to every nation (I was trying to play as Arroyo, and tried others as well). And it keeps reappearing over and over again.

Heaven's Gate focus "Innocence Lost" ^(hea_nf_innocence_lost) gives the "Innocent Lost Incident" Modifier and the "Crisis lessened" of the Focus "Mercy for the Wicked" (hea_nf_fog_of_mercy). OWB is bugged at the moment by giving only the second of the two instead of the first.

Hmm...That sounds like it would be a normal OWB problem. At the moment I can't think of anything that would fix it.

Not so much a bug, but an oversight, Arroyo commanders lack special traits. Probably because they predate that change?

the state of Chester is in constant revolt and is also unselectable, i assume it's not supposed to be there since it overlaps with the Sierra army depot
