What do you mean with "Full inside"? We currently have a part of it for OTA deployment.
- Working pods inside citadel
Why? You can only go to 1 direction.
Also, we have pods moving but in nexus.
- Citadel that opens when Judgement Waiver is active
You clearly haven't seen the waiver yet.
- Walls will close when JW Is active

This ain't gonna happen, there is just no space and if you can walk it then why would the combine allow people to use the train and waste electric current.
What kind of skybox would you like to see?

I'm not going to add these because they will not work the same way the ones do from clockwork, they will need to be manually placed by (super?)admins.
What do you mean?
- Put texts on walls around the spawn points so new player can understands RP quicker
