Seem to be having a bug with setting a relay to output tin ore straight to a hopper in a room. Everything else in the room is working fine. Seems to be something to do with setting the relays to output straight to a hopper. Using an output combined with advanced filter works fine in the room. I can take some screenshots or zip up my world if you need.

One question:

Is the relay physically connected to the network? The relay -> hopper feature will not function just
from being in the room (like outputs do) - it needs to be physically connected. The benefit of this is that you do not pay the energy cost-per-item from the beacon.

I have encountered a bug. as shown here, https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1669609582 I have a Output hopper connected to an advanced filter, that's going to one of Trickey's single item hoppers, both are set to Titanium Ore, I have one setting next to it that's for gold ore.. however, the Titanium Ore one keeps pulling gold ore and clogging up the line, the Titanium one starts working when I remove the link to the gold ore

Forgot to mention that worked perfectly. Thanks.

Is it possible that the ore is balancing across the hoppers (as is default behaviour)? Do you get the same behaviour if you replace the outputs with plain hoppers (with ore in them)?

I suspect the titanium single-item hopper (once empty) is pulling gold directly to it from the adjacent hopper, and at that point it would no longer accept titanium (being a single-item hopper). If this guess is correct, it is due to the behaviour of ore in hoppers rather than a bug in this mod.

I've only had hoppers balance themselves if they were directly connected, never "over dead space" and Trickey's hoppers have a setting to disable sharing between hoppers that's on by default. what's very strange, is that its only in this location that i'm having this issue.. on the surface, i have an output hopper in a room connected via the wireless controller, and connected to 2 ACF's one for gold and the other for titanium, only difference is they're not being directed to a 'single item' hopper, and they work sometimes (they dont seen to pull the ore all the time, but in spurts, I've looked for bottlenecks and I've not found any yet) but they've never pulled ore that didn't match what the ACF was asking for. In the area w/ the issue, I tested going from an Output hopper->ACF(set to titanium)->pipe and it still pulls gold, this is a good 30m away from *any* ACF/hopper requesting gold, and about 50m away from the source of the gold ore..((noting that this is NOT in a room))

Interesting. So, the problem output is not in a room (directly connected to relays then?). And a filter set to titanium pulls gold instead? Does it do this consistently or intermittently? Does it do the same thing if the output is replaced with a regular hopper with both types of ore in it?

Any other pipes/conveyors/hoppers nearby that might be causing odd interactions? I note from your screenshot that the filter (with a block of what looks like gold on it) states 0 items transported.

(bear with me, I'm trying to rule things out to get to the root of the problem)

Yeah, its not in a room, right now its directly connected via the teleport beams, once it gets connected to the teleport network, it starts pulling gold.

I just realized something.. I have 3 teleport networks.

Main Surface teleport network: works fine, however this is the one that seems to have the intermittent gold/titanium pulling. I have 2 hoppers full of ore, one of gold, one of titanium, I have 2 output hoppers attached to ACF's set to gold/titanium, watching them, I see gold pull some, then stop, then titanium pull some then stop, and it will cycle, sometimes stopping entirely. I upgraded everything to the mk4 beams, fixed any power issues I found, and it still does that.

Mine teleport network: this is the network that has the gold pulling issue. I can't yet connect to the main network, need to go 520m over and 275m up to get to the nearest leg of the main network.

titanium teleport network leg: broken off to prevent the gold issue.

Mine teleport network setup: I have 1 wireless port connected in a 35*35 room, I have a input hopper 4 blocks outside the room, (that's 5(i think) blocks from the wifi port) that connects to the wifi port. from there, i have a 3 bundles of beams coming out of the top of the room to get them to where I need them, at the end of the unloading zone (where i have the output hoppers) I have 1 wifi port (yeah, i know they have really small ranges outside of rooms) but they were close enough that it was OK for me. that's when I noticed the problem when all I got was storage full of gold topside about an hour later

what I did was place the red hopper, assigned it to titanium, placed the ACF, set it to titanium, then placed the output hopper, that then started to pull gold (from what I know, the ACF doesnt count items as transferred until it leaves the belt

As far as the network stopping/starting - check each link's utilization counter (you may want to reset it to make it more recent). Something may be at 100% (although if you are at mk4 beams I doubt that. However, mk4 beams are very power hungry, which is it's own problem).

I just ran through a test, I can't seem to reproduce the error with stock hoppers, or one of the tricky hoppers (I think it was the 2k single item I tried).

The last time we had an odd issue like this it was actually a bug in another mod. What hoppers are you storing your gold/titanium ore in (the source, where the gold would be erroneously coming from)? Are there any other mods you are using (other than this one, and tricky's hoppers?)

I have the adapter hopper connected to an ESMS - (Extraction Storage Management System) hopper https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=769185620 seems like thats causing it.. now that I know thats it.. small work around.. tho it would be nice if it worked w/ that mod, would need 1 less hopper
