Performance update. Improve method of calculating network topology. Significantly improved tolerance of redundant beam-links and clustering of network nodes. Also move topology calculation out of the low-frequency thread. End result is greatly improved performance for larger networks.

Addition of stockpile mode for Outputs and Adapters, allowing large secondary stockpiles of items to be maintained.

Outputs set to stockpile mode will only fetch items from storage hoppers when they are full (allowing for overflow storage)

Adapters set to stockpile mode will not be scanned by Outputs set to stockpile mode (preventing feedback loops on stockpile storages - a large mass storage buffer, for example).

- Adapters + Outputs can directly connect to the network if in contact with a relay (or it's beam), skipping the need for a beacon (and it's power cost per-item). Useful for single-item pick-ups or drop-offs where a full beacon would be overkill.
- Relays can connect their beam to hoppers and output (filtered) items directly to them (acting as a filter + matter mover). Finally a way to utilize the full throughput of a MK4 relay!
- Some text display improvements, optimizations
