May I suggest a less intense version of this mod, I really love the concept but multiplying it by the number of levels lost feels a bit too strong compared to vanilla when a pawn loses 5 or 6 levels in a rare occasion. Maybe you could make one that causes lost skills to recover by 150% exp (The same as a full passion/two flames skill) or maybe just 2x throughout all the levels, rather than a scaling multiplier. :)

The max skill display text is obscuring the skill bars, making them harder to view at a glance.
Instead of the current format:
| # (Max: #) |
The vertical bars marking the the possible extent of the skill bar.
I would prefer a more minimalistic format like:
| # (#) |
or
| # | (#)
Giving a clearer view of the skill bar.

Another thing you could add, tho not necessary, is a line marking the max skill level reached or a bar highlighting the difference between current and max skill level.
