If there doesn't exist a latest folder (eg 1.3 is the newest mod folder), it'll just default to the highest version mod folder. This mod does indeed do things. I haven't exactly confirmed nor tested the learning speed changes are actually in effect, but the stats report high learning rates, and the visual components are there.

Would it be possible to tie the experience loss rate to a pawn's global learning factor? For instance the learning assistant implant as part of royalty really ought to help with memory as it says in the description, rather than just helping a pawn hit their 4000xp cap each day quicker.

Same goes for the smartphone as part of Gimmicks (Continued), notetaking and reminders should help with memorisation, should it not?

Love this mod! Do you think you could add a few more options to it, however? The ability to adjust the normal experience gain rate, the max experience per day, and maybe even the amount of experience per level would be awesome. I'd like to be able to slow the default experience gain, bump up the daily experience cap, and use the ReLearn mechanic to make it a struggle for my colonists to gain a level while making it reasonable to keep them there. It takes a lot of work to gain a skill, but it's fairly easy to regain most skills once you've gotten a little rusty.

You can add/remove this mod mid game. Although if you remove it you of course will lose all records of maximum achieved level.
