Galactic force projection unbalanced
The problem is that when an AI gets the tradition, suddenly, their power is overwelhming, even if they have a weak fleet. Is there way to balance this better?

well AI can field fleet over their actual size all the time. sadly the AI is a bit cheaty. there is little to be done about it.

as for the game calculating the power, No. I cannot do anything about it. The power impact of these things are 10 timws bigger so any minor ad vatage in progress apears gigantic.
