No army units on game start
When I start an offline game on one of the 4 Screaming Steel maps, there are no army units to choose from on both armies. I could choose the Imperial Army or the Stosstruppen before as the Germans.

Resubscribe to the necessary Workshop items, it sounds like your main mod files are corrupted in some way.

I found the solution: I haven't chosen a gamemode before the game started
