I have used this mod in addition to Gigastructures, and I'm pretty sure it's this mod causing the FE ships you can obtain through using the Head of Zarqlan relic to have a major Zro upkeep. I don't believe this is vanilla behavior, but I am not certain. This is an impossible resource to get early game when you often manage to get the relic, so it doesn't seem balanced with that in mind. I was wondering if there was a way to turn off the Zro upkeep aspect off for FE fleets, at least partially?
