I just got this exact error aswell. Would be nice to know if it is because of another mod we have or something else.

yeah hopefully this gets fixed soon because i cant get access to most of the mod with this error

So, I just found a comment on the IKNingen Integrated modpage that said his mod was causing this issue but I am unsure if he really fixed it since that comment was made before i encountered the issue. If you still have the issue maybe try unsubing from that one.
IKNingen Integrated also disables the mod that makes Ningen nude (don't judge me),
so thats another reason I will unsub from IKNingen Integrated.
I hope this information is helpful maybe.
If you still have the issue maybe try posting the issue in the issues discussion that the modauther created and pinned (that might be why theres no answer here).

I'm so sorry that I'm only realizing now that this thread existed, itc is definitely not an internal name we are using and if it were a flying car then it'd have to be from Complementary Executive theme which has the ict internal prefix instead, from when were still going my username's initials in the name for the mod. This item is not ours!

Unfortunately it still does overwrite any ningen race underwear remover for me and i dont know how to do priorities for mods.
