Beat the adventure and have a question

Enjoyed this adventure a lot, 5/5 for me. Have a question tho: is there a way to give Colin the pet spider?

Yes. Read his diary, speak with him about pets, read the magazine about spiders in Lorel's room, bring the egg to the Colin.

Bummer. Wasn't able to deliver the egg, only had the "no pet for you" dialogue option. Still, great adventure, kudos.
