Need Help With VX2 Chips
I dont understand what i need for the VX2 chips, it says that it requires an artificial brain.

I need the VX2 to Dupe my tier 4 andriod's brain to a Tier 5.

I made a tier 1 Brain just to see and it didnt complete the requisite... I dont understand
