Using latest (3.0.0RC rev3)

I did extensive testing, and was able to re-create this issue and resolve it successfully with the only change being Android Tiers included or not. I have over 1200 hours in rimworld.


Pawns, when either self tending or tending, are disabled from acknowledging the meds in their inventory. This has 2 problems:

1) Because they actually have meds in their inventory, but Android Tiers somehow makes the pawns invisible to this, the "Tend Self" option is the only one available, meaning they will head to storage.

2) Because you have medicine in your inventory, the "Tend Self Without Meds" option is not available.

If you drop the meds on the ground, everything reverts to normal.

I made a long post about this, until I found that Android Tiers was the cause.

My testing was done on normal, vanilla pawns (no androids in the mix).
