Surrogate Androids do not stay in Android pods when disconnected

I'm having trouble getting my surrogate androids to stay in their designated android pods when the surrogates are disconnected from their hosts. Colonists will always 'rescue' them to normal hospital beds. Im not sure if there is something wrong, or if I am missing something about the mod settings.
