Gives perma claims on all of the Balkans. Can also form the Adriatic Empire (If you decide to add that)

Maybe a Great Britain/UK equivalent for the Irish Nations + Brittany and Wales?

Maybe a nation of China for any nation that completes all Celestial Reforms? but that would make this require mandate of heaven

Illyria(can be formed by Croatian culture countries), Caucasus(can be formed by countries in Caucasus Region), Bryttania(Great Britain but created by celtic countries and Wales), Maghreb(can be formed by coutries in Maghreb region), Tayland(can be form by Ayuthaya), Vietnam, Burma, Pakistan(can be formed by Baluchistan), Iran(can be formed by Persian countries with high adm tech), Kazakchstan(can be dormed when hordes in this region become normal monarchy), Abissynia(can by formed by countries in ethiopian region), New Zealand, Florida(you must hold terain in west coast and you must have castilian ,portuguese or another iberian cullture), California, Texas, Alaska, Cuba, Dominicana, Caraibeans, Indochina, Campuchea(can be formed by Khmer), Belarus(can be formed by Polotsk), Czechia(Bohemia but with republic government), Malta(you must hold only one province, Malta), Judea or Israel(fermed by Jewish countries), Azerbaijan(can be formed by Shirvan).

I can't promise all of them but they will be coming some time but maybe not in the next update. :)

Macedonia

Core: Macedonia

Make sure it has ideas around cavalry buffs, infantry buffs, discipline, and army professionalism. To be historic. Also add one around the economic ideas of Philip II as he historically redid their tax system and made it effective. Maybe have a buff to siege ability or artillery power to reflect the ingenuity of Alexander the Great. Also, let the Argead dynasty come back.

Sure, I’ll add this to my list. I cant qurantee that I’ll add those ideas but I can add some modifier that will give some stats. :)

How about a European Union or Empire of Europe nation for when you control all the major capitals of the continent(Moscow, Berlin, Paris, London, Rome, Vienna and Madrid). It could get a single idea from each of the major nations like Prussia's 20% Infantry Combat Ability or Spain's 5% Discipline and get claims on every province you don't own in Europe.

European Union is definedly coming! I might try to make it like the HRE or something we will see in time. :)

MORE IDEAS:
Tatarstan(can be formed byhordes in pontic steppe, like Crimea, Kazan, Uzbek), Burma(can be created by countries with Burman culture), Slovakia(can be created by Nitra with republican government), Carpathia[can be created by countries like: Moldova, Wallachia, Transylvania, Hungary or Nitra(Slovakia)], Levant(can be created by countrties with Syrian culture), Yamato(can be created as Japan holding the mandate of heaven).

Interesting Idea:
For your Republic countries, maybe have a huge rebellion spawn. These could be the generals that oppose the coup, you're armies are the armies that are for the coup.

Also, Perhaps an Anglo Dutch Union, Formable by Scotland, England, Wales, GB, or the Low Countries. Give them A mix of very OP Trade, Naval, and Colonization ideas. Gives the Dutch Republic, if they don't already have it.
In addition to this, add Benelux, if you are a Low country that owns most of the Low country capitals, gives permanent claims on the rest of the region, Gives a regular republic, and causes a coup like I mentioned above.
