Each head taken give the Demoman more max hp, until it gets to 5 heads, similar to the Eyelander, but the max would be 315 hp instead.
Downsides:
-20% movement speed while equipped, and 10% slower movement when unequipped
-15% weapon firing speed
Each head taken makes the Demoman lose speed, increasing by 1% every head, until it gets to 5 heads, which will make him 25% slower, or 15% slower. (If you add it on to the above downside.)
DEFINITELY going to be used by experienced Demoknights.
Basically, making it something like a Buster Blade having an out-of-sword experiance.
-Edit- Stat "Guarantees crit upon melee kill" has been removed due to OP-ity

EXPLOITED THE ♥♥♥♥ OUT OF A STAT.
and to get it it takes all demo mele weapns then
- 5% damage to buildings
- 10% max ammo on wearer
- 10% time between each hit
- 20 max health on wearer
+ 15 health upon kill
+ This weapon allows you to charge with out shield(as long as you have atleast 4 heads)
+ 5 points of bleed damage per second (for 5-8 seconds) upon miss
(+) Health on kill ranges from 10-25
(+) Allows player to see enemy player's health
(-) All health picked up is ammo meaning you must kill with this weapon to get health
(-) Each head slows the players speed by 2% per head until the player reaches 10 heads
(-) Can't get health from dispensers
Thats a bit odd, the way it seems with ALL the stats make it sound as if the weapon is ment to not get kills. ._.
100% chance to slow target
+25% damage on kill
i think its good weapon with this.
By the way the Demo is Scottish :P
