Stop asking what it does!
To everyone who was curious about the damage and whatnot of this item, it (currently) is just a reskin! It does what the item that was skinned does! It does not have it's own stats, damage, whatever! Thank you for reading, and not asking.

If you reskin the Vita-Saw, it has the stats of the Vita-Saw.

If you reskin the Amputator, it has the stats of the Amputator.

If you reskin the Ubersaw, it has the stats of the Ubersaw.

It doesen't do anything as a mod, and if it gets added into the game valve will decide their own stats.
