na it removes ur despenser already maybe it cant cap and it has low health but shoots bombs and bullets

I think it should have +150% Build speed for how small it is and the noise it makes, it'd be fair so that if you are a frontline engi you can use this in conjuntion with your mini-sentry,

um look at the pictures from what i saw it takes away teleporters witch is a good cost
