Mod Changelog, complete list
Changelog:

General:
- HTs require the completion of tech tree, and no longer have a number-on-field limitation.
- HTs have their rear armor nerf completely reverted.
- All AT guns and launchers do full damage to infantry model, but their accuracy against infantry reduced by 75%.
- All AT rifles do full damage to infantry model, but their accuracy against infantry reduced by 34%. They now deal no damage upon deflection.
- All units enter battlefield via map entrance.
- All FRP does not slow reinforcements down. (Interestingly in live version the slow-down affects you but not teammates)
- OKW Resource penalty (0.67 muni and 0.67 fuel) restored. All OKW veterancy-related changes, including all vet 4 and 5 bonus, reverted to pre-OKW-rework-patch(and of course, changes made in DBP at 19 Dec 2017 are reverted too unless otherwise mentioned). Due to that now the balance team is totally messing around with OKW vets, OKW vets in this mod will not accept any changes till they settle down.

Ostheer:
- Battle Phase 1 adjusted from 100/40 to 100/50.
- Battle Phase 2 adjusted from 200/90 to 100/50.
- Battle Phase 3 adjusted from 100/25 to 100/50.
- Support Armor Korps adjusted from 140/15 to 200/40.
- Heavy Panzer Korps adjusted from 100/25 to 200/50.
- The tech tree positions of Grenadier and HMG42 are swapped.
- Grenadier build time from 24s to 32s, reinforce time from 6s to 8s. HMG42 build time from 36s to 26s, price from 260 to 240.
- Tiger Ace has stun ability. Tiger Ace still costs 800mp and no fuel, reverted from 150 fuel.
- Panther 10% armour bonus at vet 2 reverted. Panther changes in May 2018 prevented.
- Taking a different(than the balance team's) path to tweak Elephant. Elephant damage remians 320, reload from 8~9 to 9.5~10.5.
- Stormtrooper can now fire LMG on the move. Stormtrooper CP requirement from 2 to 3, call-in price from 340 to 440, pop from 8 to 9, reinforce price from 34 to 40, reinforce time from 6.8s to 8s. They start with MP44 and Tactical Advance ability, and Assault Package upgrade changed from granting MP44s to granting a LMG42. Stormtrooper’s Jaeger G43 package now costs 80(from 40), excludes other upgrades and gives 4 G43s.

Soviet:
- Penal PTRS removed, AT satchel removed, price from 300 to 270, build time from 32s to 27s, pop from 8 to 7, damage from 10 to 8, vet 3 received acc. from 0.85 to 0.77, vet 3 no longer decrease ability cost, flamethrower upgrade re-added.
- Guards Rifle price from 330 to 360, pop from 8 to 9, LMG upgrade price from 75 to 90, can now fire their LMG on the move.
- Conscript squad can upgrade with DP28 LMG upon T3 reached. Conscripts weapon stats change and item slots change in DBP are not accepted in this mod; other changes including vet changes and ability changes are included in this mod. Conscripts can upgrade 7 men but this locks out weapon upgrades.
- Maxim firing cone reverted from 90 to 60, setup time reverted from 3 to 2, Ready-Aim Time reverted from 0.125 to 0.125~0.5, Fire-Aim Time reverted from 0.125 to 0.125~1, Fire-Aim Time multipliers reverted from 0.5 to 0.5~1, price/time reverted from 260/28 to 240/24, penetration from 1.6/1.4/1.2 to 1/1/1, making it less effective against Kubelwagon.
- T-70 now essentially has the gun of vanilla Stuart. Main gun damage from 40 to 80, AOE damage revert from 0.8/0.35/0.15 to 1/0.35/0/05, AOE distance from 1.75/1.5/1.25 to 1.31/0.875/0.44, reload from 2.1~2.5 to 2.8~4.4.
- KV-2 deflection damage from 0 to 0.33.
- ISU-152 AP and HE rounds combined to HE round. HE round penetration from 30~90 to 160~200, AOE max range from 6 to 5, AOE penetration from 57~67 to 120~150, AOE distance from 1.25/2.75/4.5 to 1.25/2.5/3.75, AOE multiplier mid from 0.25 to 0.35. Now has 0.5 deflection damage. Reload from 9~11 to 10~12.

USF:
- Reworked tech tree, T0 mortar removed, M2HB, 57mm AT and M20 utility car in T1 for early defense, 75mm pack howitzer, M15AA and Stuart in T2 for early offense, Captain comes with dual bazookas.
- M36 Jackson: DBP(19 Dec 2017) changes totally reverted, except normal rounds penetration buff, this one is retained.
- Riflemen vet 3 received acc. reverted from 0.85 to 0.8. Somke grenade ability restored.
- Rear echelon price from 200 to 160, damage from 10 to 8. Smoke grenade ability removed.
- Riflemen can upgrade flamethrower with Rifle Company upon 1 CP, instead of Rear Echelon squad.
- Rangers can now fire LMG on the move.
- Captain "On Me" ability reverted to pre-DBP status.
- M1919 can now be dual equiped.
- Pershing HP from 800 to 960, rear armor from 110 to 150.
- Stuart main gun damage from 80 to 60, AOE distance from 1.31/0.875/0.44 to 1.5/1/0.5, reload from 2.8~4.4 to 2~2.4. Main gun now has no penalty against infantry, MG accuarcy also reverted from 0.4/0.3/0.16667 to 0.6/0.45/0.25. Exp requirements reverted from 870/1740/3480 to 1170/2340/4680.
- M15AA main gun damage to infantry reverted from 0.5 to 1.
- M21 Mortar HT weapon changes in May 2018 prevented.

OKW:
- Can build sWS truck for 100/5, all vehicle and tech prices and starting resources reverted to pre-okw-rework-patch.
- Except no longer have access to muni/fuel convertion, and Panzer4 price reduced to match Ostheer.
- Truck bases auto-spawn medics and repair men.
- Flak base and base defenses engage air and land units automatically, reverted from DBP.
- Tech rearranged, T0 can build KT, T1 can build MG34, Puma, support gun and mechanized flak for early defense, T2 can build Luch, IR 251 and walking stuka for early offense.
- Kubel wagon range to 40, armor from 3/1.9 to 4.5/3, smaller target size and far acc., but still, no suppression and work as a scout, costs 210/5.
- Panther reload decreased to Ostheer level, moving acc. reverted from 0.5 to 0.65.
- Command panther aura completely reverted to pre-patch, full bonus and affect teammates. Command panther callin needs T4 unlocked.
- Luch build time reverted from 85 to 40, moving scatter reverted from 2 to 1.25.
- Walking Stuka HP reverted from 160 to 320.
- King Tiger angle scatter reverted from 7.5 to 4, distance scatter max reverted from 5.7 to 4, scatter offset reverted from 0.185 to 0.25, pop reverted from 23 to 21.
- Sturmtiger damage reverted from 580 to 640, range reverted from 40 to 45, reload reverted from 40 to 50.
- Volksgrenadier StG44 upgrade removed, Panzerfaust removed, Panzerschrek combat package added. But Stormpioneer lost said upgrades. Volksgrenadier damage from 12 to 10 and price from 250 to 235.
- Panzerfusilier G43 sight radius bonus reverted from 1.2 to 1.5, upgrade price from 90 to 75, retains 6 men squad.
- Obersoldaten price reverted from 340 to 400. Obersoldaten starts with LMG34.
- Sturmpioneer repair speed reverted from 2 to 3.
- Fallschrimjager can now fire LMG on the move.
- Raketenwerfer deals 25% deflection damage but firing cone from 70 degrees to 60 degrees. They can now be suppressed, reverted from DBP.
- HMG34 damage from 3 to 4, rate of fire from 14 to 12(75% of HMG42's), cooldown from 2.5/1.75 to 3/2.5, burst duration from 1.625 to 1.4. Overall, this should increase DPS by less than 40%(now about 60% DPS of HMG42) and decrease suppression by around 30%, compared to pre-DBP.
- Le-IG. 18 changes in May 2018 prevented.
- Taking a different(than the balance team's) path to tweak Jagdtiger. Jagdtiger damage from 300 to 360, range remains 85, accuracy reverted from 0.055/0.045/0.03 to 0.6/0.05/0.04, but reload from 8.55 to 12.5~13.5. Engine Upgrade requires vet 1, its rotation bonus reverted. Piercing Shot no longer slows down reloading.

UKF:
- Comet range from 45 to 50, smoke and wp shell range from 45 to 50.
- UC target size reduced, armor reverted form 7/4.1 to 10/5, but cost 210/5.
- Cromwell size from 22 to 20.
- Churchill Crocodile and AVRE HP reverted from 1080 to 1400, armor reverted from 290 to 240. AVRE call-in price reverted from 540/160 to 600/140.
- Sherman Firefly accuracy reverted from 0.06/0.05/0.04 to 0.08/0.07/0.05. Vet 3 damage bonus reverted from +40 to +80.
- 17p AT emplacement can still be garrisoned, unlike live version of the game.
- Mortar pit auto-attack range reverted from 90 to 115, price reverted from 350 to 400.
- Forward HQ retreat point upgrade can now be researched together with medics or repairs. Medics and repairs are mutually exclusive though. Forward HQ retains its emplacement support aura.
- Improved Fortification from doctrine now increase encampment armor by 40, reverted from 10.
- Commando and Airlanding officer units can now fire LMG on the move.
- Picked-up Bren can be properly fired on the move by elite units.
- Armour units will no longer prioritize land mattress itself if issued attack command, but land mattress abandoned with a HP lower than 20% is automatically destroyed.
- Command Vehicle Promotion can now be given to any vehicle, UC included.
- Sappers can now equip dual Brens. Vet 3 reinforce cost totally reverted from -10% to -50%.
- Bren guns mid distance reverted from 25 to 28, accuracy reverted from 0.575/0.4144/0.391 to 0.575/0.518/0.46.
- Tommies vet 2 received accuracy reverted from 0.78 to 0.76, vet 3 now grants one scoped Lee-enfield instead of none, and accuracy bonus from 1.2 to 1.25.
- PIAT damage reverted from 100/25 to 120/80, price reverted from 50 to 40, range reverted from 30 to 45, fire-aim time reverted from 0.625 to 2.4, post-firing aim time reverted from 1.25 to 0, reload reverted from 5.75 to 4.5, scatter offset from 0.75 to 0.6, distance_scatter_ratio decreased from 0.225 to 0.15, behavior reverted from AT rocket to handmortar.
- Counter Barrage ability duration increased from 45s to 120s, cool down increased from 90s to 240s, and munition cost decreased from 30 to 0.
- Artillery Cover delay reverted from 8s to 4s, AT shell spawn height reverted from 150 to 50, AOE reverted from 6 to 8, loader injured critical duration reverted from 5s to 10s, shell damage from 60 to 120, also possible of triggering a temporary vehicle speed decrease for 5s, but shell interval increased from 4s/2s to 6s/3s. Now together with PIAT work as allied late game anti-HT option.


KNOWN ISSUES:
- This mod may make unit pop count sometimes inconsistent with the live version. This is because some pop info in this mod is modified by May 2018 patch, some info is not. This is somewhat complicated since units got their pop changed in the live version may have different performance in this mod, I am not sure what to do so I’ll leave it as-is for now.
- Some Ostheer vehicles cannot hull down.
