Rise and Fall?

I am just checking if this mod is ready for R&F, I have checked/run it in game and unless I am missing something the civ is not on the list of playable civs.
Twilight - found
Starlight - found
Changelings - found.
Equestria - found (This mod will not work with Rise and fall.).
