Equestrian Civilization Mod (Not being updated, not R&F compatible)

UPDATE 9/24/18: Sorry that I didn't update this for so long. Unfortunately, I'm not really going to be able to keep this mod current with any DLC or do any serious revamping. I simply don't have the time or the knowledge to do so.

I made this mod mainly because at the time, no one else had made any pony mods and I was hoping to inspire people who knew what they were doing to jump in. In that, this mod succeeded. I apologize to anyone who is upset by this, but I won't be able to make this any better than it is. If anyone who does know what they are doing wants to take this mod and make it better, they absolutely can and I would happily share anything needed.

Thanks to everyone who enjoyed this little side project, I never hoped that it would be viewed as more than just an amateur's first attempt and knowing that people have gotten any enjoyment at all out of it is amazing. The mod will be left up in it's current state, because I get frustrated when people just tear everything down, but if there's any better version I'll link to it from here.

I'm sorry to disappoint anyone who was hoping for any improvements, this definitely isn't lack of interest in the game or Pony, just admitting that I'm not the one to continue the project any further. Be good to one another, and remember that friendship is magic!

A Civilization for PONY. This is just a quick new civilization mod from a tutorial, because no one who actually mods has done this and I wanted it done. If you have constructive feedback, please let me know. If you are interested in better rounded pony mods, check out the mods done by comrade!

-Creates an Equestrian Civilization, with Princess Celestia as the Leader
-Replaces city names with Equestrian city names from the show (and movie)
-Names citizens from the show
-Has dialogues for interacting with an NPC controlled Equestria as well
- UPDATED 10/15/17- Changed the names of civilization bonuses to better match Equestrian theme.
