When I go to Hearts of Iron 4 launcher and press
playsets I list of mods. Blackice and blackice graphics are the only
mods enabled. Next to blackice, computer has a ! symbol and the tool tip says
that this mod is not compatible with the latest version of Hearts of Iron.
I purchased the expansion pass and the first DLC for that does not come out until November;
however, on September 24-25 Paradox released seaplane tenders. Sea plane tenders apparently makes change to most recent version of hearts of iron and indirectly causes blackice to incompatible. I think that's the problem at least. When playing blackice test version with graphics but no other mods I get a "checksum" error after playing for about 2.5 years.
Is there anything I can do about this?

I have been playing the release blackice version on the latest HOI IV without issue. It does show a ! but works anyway. I have played to 1943.

This may be a test version issue or something else. Have you tried the release version of the mod?
